Placement Tips
Here are my tips to help you get the best results when placing your signs.
1. Place Your Sign Where You Already See A Sign
This is an easy way of finding corners that code enforcement is not violating and removing signs from.
2. Try To Put Out Signs On The Weekend
Makes it even less likely that code enforcement will pick them up instantly.
3. Hit The Major Traffic Routes
The 303, 51st Ave, Baseline, Arizona Ave, and Power Rd are a few.
4. Consider Weekend Campaigns
Place signs on Friday Night at your closest grocery store and picking them up on Sunday Night.
5. Best Cities Clients Have Found to Put Out Signs
Phoenix, Peoria, Laveen, Litchfield, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler
6. Bring A Hammer
When posing the signs using the wire H stands, be sure to use a hammer to secure to stand deep in the gound.
7. Be Carefull
Please be sure to be safe when placing signs. Traffic and pedestrians will be present so be aware. Place signs with a friend when possible.

Here are my tips and ideas for designing the perfect sign.
1. Keep It Simple
The less words to read, the more they can get the point.
2. Go Only For Your Target Market
Be specific to your target and include words they alone would know. Don't get too exclusive, but as an example, FSBO means something, and not everyone knows that.
3. Be Very Direct To Your Market. Dont Worry About What The Sign Says
If your target market is ex con's, you may have a sign that says, "Just out of Prison?". Doesn't sound great but it is to your target and that's what matters.
4. Consider Colors For Added Impact
Pool companies should consider blue ink as landscapers should consider green ink.
5. Use 12x18 Inch Signs For Large Target Markets & 18x24 Inch Signs For Smaller Target Markets
If you have a large market to appeal to you can use less words to describe it as is the case in house cleaning or general landscaping. If you are looking for women, that are looking to loose weight, that live in your area, and that have the motivation to get up at 5am for your bootcamp, that will take more words to sell the pitch and get you targeted calls.
