So why would you sell a lead you yourself could process? If you do these signs right, you will have excess. I have done work in Real Estate and Used these signs for many types of lead acquiring. All of which have produced excess leads.
When trying to sell a 3 bed 2 bath using signs you inevitably get a person looking to rent it. Rentals pay a Fraction of what I could make selling, but a renter was exactly what an investor I knew needed. One call, $200.
While trying to sell a piece of land, I placed signs out saying "For Sale..." I got the calls I needed, but also got calls from other land owners wanting advice on how to sell theirs. I didn't list properties, just out of choice, but I did know someone that did. One Call, $1000.
You will get excess if you do these the right way. Not all industries are as easy as others but remember this, One phone call in and one out while on Vacation may pay for that Vacation!

Here are a few suggestions for people that may fit into a few larger catagories. These are only a few and it just takes thinking about it for a second to realize how much money the info you have can be worth.
- Landscapers should team up with pool cleaners. If the client has a pool you can refer them to your pool cleaner and recieve money for no work.
- Realtor should team up with lenders, and reverse. This is common in the real estate industry, but specifically with the signs, you will have buyers and sellers, that potentially are buyers, calling. So, it is good to have your referrences ready for the calls that you will have no involvement with.
- House cleaners should team up with flooring installers. Any damaged floors can mean a large referral fee and since you have already been introduced to the client, you are a great referrer.
Again, yard signs will produce excess leads so be ready to dish some off. Make connections, and if you can't, contact us and we will help. |
